Bar Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of bar supplies
- Train and mentor bar staff on best practices and procedures
- Utilize POS system to process orders and track sales
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge of beverages and mixology
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Post Secondary / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
