Description

Responsibilities:

Assists the Planning Manager during project execution
Assists Planning manager in development of detailed EPC schedule and related procedures and reports
Reporting to the Planning Manager during project Execution
Preparation of progress reports for submission to client
Liasing with Project management team in highlighting critical activities and potential delays
Works closely with Planning Manager / Lead to ensure that project needs are taken care of
Participates in regular meetings with project team and subcontractors with regards to project progress
Providing tender support to the department when required
Any other assigned adhoc duties

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in any Engineering disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marine, Oil & Gas Industry
Knowledge in Project Management software Primevera v15.1 and above
Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage
Good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Willing to commit overtime as and when required
