Job Duties:

Identify and develop client and business relationships
Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters
Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
Assess and respond to the requirements of each particular clients or job orders
Ensure Company's objectives and sales target are met
Other adhoc duties as and when assigned

Description / Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Degree
Strong passion for recruitment and peopleoriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Selfmotivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a team.
