Retail Leasing Manager - Singapore - THE EDGE PARTNERSHIP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Support and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio.
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
- At least 5 to 6 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
- Prefer CEA registered
