Headquartered in Singapore, The EtonHouse International Education Group has 120 schools across 11 countries. We run pre-schools as well as K-12 international schools. Together, these schools provide internationally recognized programmes and high-quality education to over 20,000 students globally. DESIGNATION :
Recruitment Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating the hiring process endtoend
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers for all hiring activities
- Provide effective HR support to the assigned departments in HR matters and issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline (preferred)
- 23 years of working experience in recruitment agency
- Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset. Putting our internal stakeholder's interest first.
- Ability to empathise and communicate with employees of all levels including ancillary staff.
- Keen interest in Education and love for children
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and collaborative.
- Resilient with proven ability to work independently in a multitasking and fast paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment of Enrichment teaching and curriculum specialist will be an advantage
