DESIGNATION :
Recruitment Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating the hiring process endtoend
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers for all hiring activities
Provide effective HR support to the assigned departments in HR matters and issues

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline (preferred)
23 years of working experience in recruitment agency
Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset. Putting our internal stakeholder's interest first.
Ability to empathise and communicate with employees of all levels including ancillary staff.
Keen interest in Education and love for children
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good team player and collaborative.
Resilient with proven ability to work independently in a multitasking and fast paced environment.
Experience in recruitment of Enrichment teaching and curriculum specialist will be an advantage
