Description
Handle general incoming enquiries from internal customers.

  • Point of liaison and communication between frontline sales team and various internal stakeholder departments.
  • Assist to manage CDD and WLM alerts.
  • Assist the obtaining of company search/ credit checking/ valuation reports for new customers/ prospects.

Facilitate account opening and fulfilment of required documentation within internal customers

  • Preparation and engrossing of Letter of Offer and required documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers
