Description

We are looking for well-groomed, proactive individuals who are team players, sales driven and customer service driven for our fast-growing high-end furniture retail group.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service to assisting and new customers at all times
  • Provide aftersales services and follow up with customers on their requests
  • Advise customers by providing information on the products
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the showroom target
  • Able to build longterm relationships with new and assisting clients
  • Maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment

Requirement:


  • Wellgroomed, outgoing, cheerful, and customer service oriented
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and responsible team player
  • Strive to understand brand and product knowledge
  • Positive, independent personality
  • Good command of English
  • Serviceoriented, motivated, and sales driven
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury retails.
**Experience in high-end Furniture Retail will be an added advantage.


Other Information:


  • Work location: Raffles Hotel or Marine Square
  • Basic salary + commission of UP to $2K to $4K per month
  • Working hours: Monday to Sun, 11 am to 8 pm (6 off days per month)
  • Flexible off days schedule can be arranged
  • 5.5 days' work week
