Description

A self-directed team player in the Product and Partnership Strategy Department focusing on the onboarding and management of Life Insurance (LI) business.

Support the Department Head in the business directions and strategies of the LI Business.
Advise the Department Head on regulations, Fair Dealing practices and industry practices.
Conduct due diligence to onboard new LI Providers and conduct yearly due diligence on existing LI providers.
Set up LI providers and products in our FAB system.
Maintenance of LI products and ILP funds in FAB system, fund risk rating changes and product changes etc.
Continually monitor and update products and prompt action to disseminate of such information to the advisers.
Build a strong relationship with business partners to ensure that our staff and advisers are able to get good support in order to conduct our businesses smoothly.
Research industry life insurance products and setup of comparison matrix
Coordinate with insurance providers and/or conduct trainings on insurance products
Support the Department Head in various corporate projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 3 years of experience in product management work relating to Life Insurance (LI).

Any eye for details, has a strong analytical mind with good problemsolving skills
Has a selfmotivated personality and is able to work well in a team
Independent learner and adaptable to changes
Able to turnaround quality work within a tight timeline.
Self disciplined and motivated in a flexible hybrid work environment
