In this role,you will be a proficient HR advisor who builds strong partnerships with the senior leaders and the Executive team to develop and execute the People Strategies.


Responsibilities
Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition/Retention & Operations

  • Forecast staffing needs and the projection of yearly manpower budget
  • Establish clear understanding of the hiring requirements of the Business Units and work closely with on the hiring of talents and appointment/reappointment of staff on a timely basis.
  • Manage hiring / resignation related activities and existing staff support
Communicate and advice to medical leaders/staff regarding HR policy & procedures, with support by Shared Services Responsible for all HR operational matters/processes

  • Actively identify gaps and opportunities where peoplerelated risks can be minimised and influence solutions/outcomes
Compensation & Benefits

  • Coordinate and assist the promotion exercise annually by gathering information to support compensation review and address various level staff's queries on compensation matters, with support from Executive & Ops team
Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development

  • Partner BUs/team leaders and provide recommendation in annual talent identification and succession planning exercise and provide recommendation for targeted development for staff, talents and potential successors
Employee Relations, Engagement & Change Management

  • Be a facilitator and HR advisor to senior leaders in managing matters pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline.
Performance Management

  • Partner HODs/Head of Division, providing advice and guidance in the staff performance management
  • Provide advice to staff on performance appraisal exercise
  • Establish strong partnership with the business units to drive organisational effectiveness while implementing HR programmes and initiatives

Requirements:


  • Degree with at least 58 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resources function.
  • Experience in TCM health and wellness industry would be advantageous.
  • Postgraduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) would be advantageous
  • Good Knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities
  • Collaborative and is comfortable working in a matrix structure with multiple priorities
  • Resourceful and possess strong initiative to drive changes
  • Ability to work independently as well as be active team members within and across the HR team.
