Description

You will be working as part of regional technology team of a large investment bank playing the role as BA for regional transformation project

Roles & Responsibilities

Elicit requirement, prioritise and analyse requests, design business processes, workflows and user interfaces, produce/write/review of functional specifications and data mapping templates.
Works closely with Project Manager and Cross teams for functional solution
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Prepare/Review test cases/scripts to ensure the business requirements are fulfilled.
Conducts impact assessment of the changes required
Carrying out gap analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience in IT or Finance / business
More than 6 years of relevant business analysis, or business change
Min 4 years of working Experience in Investment banking or Private banking or asset management
Understanding of financial products
Prior experience working with Trading (mid to back office) or Risk or Finance domain
Strong negotiation skills
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in various project life cycle
