Responsibilities: - Reviewing all Financial Statements and disclosures and deliverables with regards to private real estate funds
- Become an expert on Real Estate Fund Structures accounting and administration.
- Responding to investor queries
- Consolidation of Property P&Ls
- Reconciliation of bank and cash positons
- Assist in external audit and tax
Desired qualities:
- 2 to 3 years experience in Real Estate accounting, Fund experience is a preference
- Degree or equivalent in Accountancy
- Willingness to liaise with stakeholders on a daily basis
