Role Description:

A Senior Project Manager handling a mix of traditional and agile project management techniques to enhance outcomes, expedite goal achievement, reduce costs, and maximize project advantages. Responsible for overseeing business and security requirements, ensuring dependencies are met, and efficiently delivering solutions throughout the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead cross functional teams on various projects using Agile & Hybrid methods.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Deliver diverse Cyber Security projects in a large enterprise-scale setting.
Remove impediments hindering program or product delivery progress.
Support Product Owner and teams for a healthy Product Backlog.
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams.
Manage cross-functional team ceremonies for product releases.
Champion project change management processes.
Coach leaders and scrum masters in lean or agile practices.
Display goal-driven aptitude for Agile Transformation initiatives.
Work with technical teams, architecture, and suppliers/providers.
Engage stakeholders, adapt approaches, and deliver projects in a transforming environment.
Utilize creativity in problem solving and communication.
Self-motivated with a focus on delivering business value throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
APM or PMI Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
Experience in business analysis, project management, and delivery.
Innovative self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Over 3 years of experience leading IT and Cyber Security projects.
Leadership in large scale transformation programs with technology components.
Experience delivering IT solutions using Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Strong understanding of the IT and system development life cycle.
Effective interaction with various levels within the organization.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin.
