Roles & responsibilities
- Utilize the planning team and all available data to ensure the key components of the project are aligned to deliver a successful outcome.
- Clearly interface with all contributors to the project timeline so variances to specific elements of the schedule can be quickly extrapolated to the wider project.
- Prepare clear and precise reports on key focus areas for management to evaluate.
- Deliver presentations on research and trends.
- Monitor efficiency of corrective action when applied and suggest improvements.
- Give support & direction to the COMPANY planning team to ensure focus remains on the right issues.
