Job Scope:
- Delivering a highquality and informative tour that is educational, interactive and entertaining
- Offering the highest levels of customer service in the visitor centre (sales and visitor enquiries)
- Undertaking site management, daytoday operations, and facility checks
- Being responsible for crowd management during tours and events
- Undertaking directed research _work_ _from_ time to time
2.
Bonus points if you:
- Have prior experience of working in a customerfacing role
- Have previous sales experience
- Are fluent in 2 or more languages
3.
You'll be ideal for the role if you:
- Are friendly and approachable with very good communication skills
- Possess an excellent command of spoken English
- Are committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Have a passion for history and a flair for sharing it with others
- Are selfmotivated and keen to succeed
- Are physically active and enjoy working both outdoors and indoors

Working Hours:
- 5 day _work_ week (including weekends & public holidays) based on roster system
