Job Description:


As a Store Operations Responsible, you will implement and follow-up on the operational standards across the Areas and Stores within the SEA Sales Market - including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Philippines.


You will contribute towards a seamless customer journey and Omni experience by ensuring the Store Operating Model is implemented and maintained across your Sales Market.


As part of the Store Commercial Team, you will support Area Teams and collaborate with local functions to secure best practices, provide functional experience, and clear expectations.


Taking decisive actions, you deliver strong commercial results and secure a high and consistent operational standard across your Sales Market.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Customer Centric Operations:

- **Use your knowledge of Physical Store Operations to support implementation of the regional commercial strategy and achieve our Omni, customer centric ambitions in a local context

  • Enable a seamless, Omni, shopping experience in the physical store
  • Ensure store workload capacity supports our customer centric and commercial ambitions
  • Provide functional expertise across the Sales Market to optimize store efficiency
  • Secure benefit realisation of Store Operational Best Practice including for all Omni Services & Solutions
- _ Ensure locally adapted Store Operations packages are maintained and accessible_


Support and Collaborate:

- **Support Area Teams and collaborate across local functions to deliver a consistent level of Operations within the Sales Market

  • Support Areas in their Implementation and maintenance of the Store Operations Foundation
  • Provide coaching & training to strengthen the knowledge of Store Operations within the Sales Market
  • Work cross functionally to secure Store Operational standards throughout planning and implementation of largescale projects such as openings, closings, rebuilds & space optimizations
  • Provide with expertise, support, and collaborate with Local Business Tech in their implementation and maintenance of digital solutions impacting the physical store

Take Commercial Actions:

- **Identify and understand both risks and opportunities within Store Operations, making informed decisions and taking decisive, Omni focused commercial actions

  • Take decisive actions from internal/external insights and tools to meet colleague and customer expectations across the sales market (CAT, Brand Tracker and more)
  • Drive and benchmark Area Teams on Store Operational key results across the Sales Market to ensure efficiency and maximize the colleague and customer experience
  • Use your Store Operational knowledge to identify and act on Gaps and Opportunities supporting Sales Market and Regional Key Objectives
  • Lead effectively towards changing customer expectations to build our Future Store Operations

  • 2+ years in a role connected to Store Operations, e.g., Store Manager, Area Manager or Area Controller
  • Setting and implementing strategies on a wide scale
  • Sets the right priorities for the business, yourself and leads others to do so
  • Experience in solving complex problems
  • Good understanding of Tech product development and how it can impact the physical store Operating Model and Customer experience
  • Clearly demonstrate a customer first mindset
Additional Information


This is a full-time position based within the SEA Sales Market and you will report directly to the SEA Sales Manager.
