About you

You will be responsible for complying with company Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure the safety of the field employees and users.

Responsibilties

• To help assist with this, you will be required to perform audits and equipment surveys to validate quality and adherence to customer expectations.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your operations meets targets relevant financial and operational key performance targets.
• Manage a pool of technician to run day to day call back and maintenance operation of the assigned portfolio
• Responsible for driving team and individual KPIs as set by the business for both operation and financial impacts.
• You will need to maintain and promote effective team orientated and collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
• You will be responsible for facilitating training or coaching of your mechanics
• Planning, scheduling, and Execution of routine servicing of units under your portfolio. Ensure the performance and availability of the units are as per the required standard
• Address any customer concerns in a timely manner, including communication to the customer and drive closure of the issue
• Plan and execute repair works to up keep the performance of the equipment to meet customer deliverables
• Encourage a customer centric and engaged team culture
• Support the Sales team with repair or upgrade proposal by conducting site visits and providing site information
• You will be required to create a team environment between yourself, field mechanics, and Sales
• You are responsible for ensuring all Company Vehicles, Tools, Equipment and materials are correctly maintained in a safe working order and that proper safeguards against damage or theft are maintained.
