We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our HR team as Junior Recruitment Specialist for Asia.

You will primarily be responsible for Early Career hiring, as well as supporting on a variety of projects and wider recruitment campaigns.

Working with an experienced and supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience, manage your own business partners and progress your in-house recruitment career.

Your Role:

Work on a variety of projects, such as our annual Summer Internship Program or the Graduate Programs
Manage the various constituents of our recruitment cycle, including interviews and assessments
Proactively source talent pools for future hiring requirements
Ensure that DE&I is at the forefront of what you and the team are doing at all times

Your Profile:

Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Resourcer or Recruiter role, either inhouse or in agency
Experience in working on volume hiring campaigns
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Have a proactive, problem solving mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and confident to build relationships
Excellent organizational and administration skills
Familiar with ATS software, and LinkedIn Recruiter
