**Get to know our Team: The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the _business _in Grab Singapore. We contribute towards Grab's vision of being Southeast Asia's Superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop and execute _business _strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.
As part of the Singapore Operations team, the role sits within the Strategy team. The Strategy team works on top agenda, high impact projects in Singapore. Projects span across all the _business _lines in Singapore (e.g. Transport, Food & Payments)
Get to know the Role:
- Be part of a team that executes highimpact projects, providing a combination of strategy, operations, and project management support, with direct contact with senior executives within the organization (~50%)
- Support studies for top of agenda, high impact strategic topics, as part of the overall Singapore Country Strategy (~50%)
- Occasionally support strategic partnership discussions with external partners, which could include some due diligence work (<10%)
- Minimal travel required (<5%)
- Providing analytical support to team
The day-to-day activities
- Ensure a wellcoordinated Country Strategy for Singapore, by coordinating with other Grab teams (both local & regional) and facilitating crossteam collaboration
- Support planning & analysis of high impact strategic initiatives: e.g. providing project management support, providing a fact base, conducting research and analysis, structuring and helping with issue identification and solutioning, advising on the practicalities of implementation, and providing executional support
- Support strategic discussions with external partners
- Support updates to senior management
The must haves:
years of experience strategy or management consultancy firm or a similar role within a tech company (open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong academic background)
- Strong academic track record
- Strong background in strategic thinking, analytics & demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Experience with handson engagement, strong interpersonal / influencing skills
- Convincing executive presence, solid spoken and written _communication skills _including executive level communication / slides
- Able to work independently and in teams

- Highly adaptable across situations / topics / industries
- Experience in engaging across Asian markets and cultures
