Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their dynamic organisation.

This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and developing their data analytics platform, ensuring that business users have timely access to accurate data.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions, including the rollout and ongoing management.
Build dashboards and reports that cater to the specific needs of stakeholders.
Design and develop models for Data Warehousing (DWH) or data marts, including data structure, storage, and integration.
Write complex SQL queries and demonstrate proficiency in building and designing databases.
Source data to data warehouse models and create strategies for acquiring and integrating data into the data platform.
Utilize prior experience in business intelligence/ETL development to enhance data processes.
Demonstrate proficiency in both Windows and Linux systems.
Work with various database technologies, including relational, columnar, and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, Vertica, MongoDB).
Effectively partner with business teams to understand and address their data needs.
Familiarity with both Windows and Linux systems.
Knowledge of database technologies, including relational, columnar, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, Vertica, MongoDB).
Data modeling skills, including conceptual, logical, and physical models (star/snowflake schemas).
