Description
What the role is
- You monitor contractor performance on jobs related to the readiness of general facilities, and enforce standards established in the contract when executing improvements in service delivery and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). On this, you ensure the overall availability of general facilities in the Naval Base and ensure that finance and procurement processes on the ground for Building and Infrastructures (BI) works adhere to the required Governance and Compliance (G&C) policies and guidelines.
What you will be working on
What we are looking for
- You should have a Diploma, with at least 3 years' working experience in logistics and supply chain management. Having experience in facilities and infrastructure management and contract execution is advantageous. You should be resourceful and meticulous as you are required to track readiness status and process work requests pertaining to BI constantly need to communicate with System managers from DSTA System Managers and Contract Managers from DSTA BI-FE, as well as IFM for maintenance or defect rectification works to ensure works are in adherence to contract agreement.
