Description
Receive incoming shipments of goods and furniture- Unpack items carefully to prevent damage, ensuring that each item is inspected for quality and completeness.
- Verifying and checking on the accuracy of items received against
- Organize and categorize unpacked items according to SOP
- Safely and accurately pack client items for delivery
- Procurement of materials and items needed for each project
- Communicate effectively with sellers, suppliers and team on lead time for items purchased
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and proper inventory management
- Perform data entry, including recording item details, quantities and costs into spreadsheets
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies, damaged items, and any other relevant concerns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and efficiency solutions.
- Assist in execution on styling day on site
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS words, PowerPoint and Excel
- High attention to detail & extremely organized
- Good communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- An open mind willing to learn and explore new opportunities
- Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
- Be comfortable with lifting and moving heavy weights
