Sales/ Admin Assistant - Singapore - YONG JOO

For Singapore and Malaysia applicants only.
- Record customer's orders
- Enter sales orders into POS, delivery order book or company's system
- Prepare packing lists
- Collect payment from customers
- Ensure timely collection of customers' payments
- Support sales team in handling portfolio of customers
- Handle phone calls, check mailboxes, maintain office supply
- Other adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and precise in work
- Able to read and write in English and Mandarin
- Able to use POS and excel (basic skill)
- Good attitude and customer oriented
- Able to multi task and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- 6 days work week: Monday to Saturday 8am 5pm
