Performs tasks such as, but not limited to the following:

To manage commodities such as Packaging, Hardware, Label, Heatsink, Power Cord and Mechanical parts;
Work closely with vendors on new orders, reschedule and cancelation of Open orders;
Ensure Just In Time (JIT) deliveries;
Review estimated time of arrivals for open POs so as to meet weekly target inventory and production demands;
Work with suppliers on PO issuance and shipping arrangements;
Expedite highly critical deliveries in order to meet business needs;
Attend to urgent customers' or suppliers' requests or critical issues when necessary;
Creation and Maintenance of SAP Master Data
Ensure pricing accuracy
Inventory management;
Support NPI project;
Project Management on material supports
Any other adhoc duties as assigned in accordance to business needs

Job Requirements:

Preferably 3 years or more of relevant experience
Diploma and above in any disciplines
Experience in SAP a huge plus
Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Working Days / Hours: 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
