Job Description & Requirements:

Role & Responsibility:
- Provide Clerical & Administrative role to the management and Serve as Frontline Customer Relationship Officer
- Screen & direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Regular follow up with internal departments/external vendors on progress of any project
- Organise and schedule meetings, perform research and record minutes of meeting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of Management, staff, business partners and external parties
- Source & Procurement
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments
- To assist and look after the HR role, Corporate Sales & Marketing, customers Services relation.
Skills & Requirement:
- Administrative and Clerical experience preferred
- Able to communicate and write in English and/or Chinese
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good organizational skills on computers and filing systems
- Strong Ability to manage time, smartly organize work priorities, and multi-task efficiently and effectively.
- Positive working attitude and pleasant personality to live and work well with colleague and vendors
- Commitment to overcome difficult challenges & the conviction to see things through the end
- Able to respond to management after office hours when necessary
- Able to work independently without supervision.
