Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the order tracking process and ensure order are processed in accordance with fulfillment SOP
Perform replenishment shipment to regional warehouse(s) in accordance to inventory replenishment strategy
Perform sales & marketing / support & replacement shipments to partners or end consumers
Review and perform order rectification prior to shipment status
Respond to issues ticketing systems pertaining to order related queries
Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against warehouse(s)
Manage return merchandise in warehouse(s)
Establish, monitor and manage service providers to ensure resource optimization in various aspects
Coordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company's risk
Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management team

Pre-Requisites:

Degree Holder
Able to commit to at least 6 months internship
Attention to detail is critical
Strong and proven problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask working on multiple cases at the same time
Excellent organizational skills
Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict timelines
Able to excel and strive in a fastpaced environment
Selfmotivated and selfdriven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comprehension
Solutionoriented
Processdriven and dedicated to following and improving established policies and procedures
Ability to critically think and analyze information on the fly
