Description
Provide excellent frontline customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in the Specialist Outpatient Clinics

  • Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, offering advice on hospital charges and services, as well as other administrative duties
  • Conduct basic patient assessments such as height and weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure measurements
  • Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the consult rooms (e.g Perform wound dressing for inspection and provide instructions on laboratory tests)

Requirements:


  • Minimum N Level qualification
  • A customeroriented team player with good interpersonal skilss
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
  • Required to work staggered hours
  • Able to work on weekends/Public Holiday
