Description

Job Scope for ID Manager:


  • Sales duties at showroom, inclusive of promoting interior design services
  • Respond and follow up with customers' queries in a polite and friendly manner
  • Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals
  • Manage the whole sales cycle, such as providing support to customers on product selection, with regards to interior design
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams and subcontractors
  • Coordinate site progress with project manager. Responsible for the entire design process
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, as well as managing their schedules and deliverables.
  • Manage and come up with new products and services for the company where necessary
  • Work with design team to produce design works for clients

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledge in interior design
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and responsibility
  • Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Basic Salary + Sales Commission
