Our client is one of the leading Building contractors in Singapore.

They have a number of current large-scale projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore's most prestigious upcoming projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all M&E aspects of project management functions including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, cost control & contracts & administration of all projects.
Should be able to coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, subcontractor on site to ensure project requirement are met.
Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
Able to read mechanical drawings
Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications
Follow up on the progress of the project
Plan, apply, purchase, install & maintain all Electrical related facilities at site
Plan, purchase, install & maintain all the machines used at site

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics/ or equivalent.
Highrise Building experience is a MUST.
Looking for someone with a MECHANICAL base
MUST have at least
35 years experience on Building Construction projectswith a Mechanical bias.

Must have experience working on either
HDB, Hospital and/or a Commercial Building Project

Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
MUST be confident and excellent in networking with people of all levels
Highly motivated, proactive, lateral thinking and a team player
Committed to continuous improvement
