What the role is

  • The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment. We are looking for resourceful, energetic and selfmotivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore's built environment.

What you will be working on

  • You will be the talent management lead responsible for the review, formulation and implementation of talent management policies and initiatives. This include developing and implement strategies, initiatives to identify, develop, engage and retain talents. In addition, you will also be part of the team responsible for the annual performance management cycle including handling the performance management system and other performance management initiatives such as appraisal briefings and organising promotion ceremony.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR. Experience in handling performance management or talent management functions would be an advantage.
  • Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and organising HR data.
  • Ability to multitask, undertake pressure in a fastpaced environment and meticulous.
