What you will do:


  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. product, customer support) to improve the overall customer experience
  • Design and execute experiments to test the impact of retention initiatives
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of retention efforts, and make datadriven decisions to optimize results
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform retention marketing efforts.
  • Work with marketing and analytics teams to develop and implement tracking and measurement systems to measure the effectiveness of retention marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for retention marketing initiatives, ensuring that they are within budget and delivering desired results.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
