What you will do:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. product, customer support) to improve the overall customer experience
- Design and execute experiments to test the impact of retention initiatives
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of retention efforts, and make datadriven decisions to optimize results
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform retention marketing efforts.
- Work with marketing and analytics teams to develop and implement tracking and measurement systems to measure the effectiveness of retention marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets for retention marketing initiatives, ensuring that they are within budget and delivering desired results.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
