The Job

Operational matters related to after sales service and manpower planning:
Supervise service technicians' performance
Handle daily deployment of service jobs
Ensure safety compliance
Handle administrative duties such as data entry of service dockets, stock and equipment replenishment, etc.
Service existing accounts such as fleet owners (Eg. Logistics / Transportation / Direct Fleet Owners / Workshops / Retailers)
Liaise with customers on jobs assignment and pricing matters
Solicit feedback on areas of improvement for current service standards and propose recommendations
Customer visits related to after sales service issues

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of operations or account servicing experience, preferably in industrial products with aftersales service maintenance contracts
Experienced in supervising blue collar workers
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and workers)
Possess own vehicle
