Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Group Finance Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in They are located at West

Responsibility:

Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management and statutory purposes.
Prepare and review Yearend Group Annual Report and Subsidiaries Financial Statements.
Participate in annual budgetary exercise.
Review and analyze subsidiaries' budgeting, forecasting, and actual results.
Perform riskbased audits of financial, operational, IT, and compliance areas.
Manage treasury activities, including FX, bank accounts, cash, and intercompany funding based on group policies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
Provide guidance and support to accounting staff.
Support stakeholders in ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Collaborate on longterm strategy, revenue budgeting, funding requests, and business opportunities.
Assist in special projects and process improvements.
Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Min 8 years of relevant working experience, with indepth knowledge of consolidation accounting, accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
Prior experience in a managerial role would be an advantage
