Business Function:


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for strategizing, developing and growing the business traction of our Treasury Digital solutions across different channels and meeting the quantitative targets for client acquisitions and adoption in our digital solutions.
  • Identify through research and industry engagement, new client growth segments, work through with regional business stakeholders in developing appropriate digital propositions for the target clients.
  • Prepare customer RFPs & presentations together with business stakeholders and pitch our Treasury digital propositions as part of holistic bank solutions to clients.
  • Regularly engage our digital clients post implementation to ensure customer success and solicit feedback on our solutions and feedback to our DBS product teams for continuous product improvements.
  • Participate in cross BU/SU initiatives and drive collaboration for creating digital solutions aimed towards improving the customer journey.
  • Work with trading or sales teams on exploring or creating new business models to drive new revenue streams.
  • Conduct internal and external client training/adoption programmes to raise solutions awareness amongst internal sales groups and clients.
  • Develop marketing strategies with our Treasury marketing team to raise awareness of our Treasury digital solutions in the market.

Requirements:


  • University graduate with minimum 5 years working experience
  • Understanding of treasury products would be useful but not mandatory
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Able to confidently communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, possess excellent team spirit; ability to work with other units within the organization and external parties.

- motivated team player who can work collectively toward common goals and objectives
