1.Job Description & Requirements
Office location:
Woodlands
Working hours:
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm / Sat 9am - 1pm(alternate Sat after confirmation)
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule booking for the customer
- Daily administrative and operational tasks
- Support, generate, and compile monthly reports to the top management.
- Handle document control, distribution, filing, and archiving of project correspondence, documentation, and both hard copy and softcopy, both incoming and outgoing.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Liaising internally with the different departments.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents or perform any administrative support to logistics & shipping.
- Maintaining reasonable customer satisfaction by ensuring that their queries and needs are met.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Customer Service, or equivalent.
- Able to read & write English and speak Mandarin and English Willing to Learn
Pay:
$1, $2,300.00 per month
