Office location:
Woodlands


Working hours:
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm / Sat 9am - 1pm(alternate Sat after confirmation)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule booking for the customer
  • Daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Support, generate, and compile monthly reports to the top management.
  • Handle document control, distribution, filing, and archiving of project correspondence, documentation, and both hard copy and softcopy, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Liaising internally with the different departments.
  • Prepare necessary shipping documents or perform any administrative support to logistics & shipping.
  • Maintaining reasonable customer satisfaction by ensuring that their queries and needs are met.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Customer Service, or equivalent.
  • Able to read & write English and speak Mandarin and English Willing to Learn

Pay:
$1, $2,300.00 per month
