Description
Responsibilities- In accordance with GPPA/Division SOP requirements, make sure new vendors are prequalified.
- Support Online Vendor Registration (OVR) and make sure the system's profile is fully completed.
- Help with vendor audits and performance reviews.
- Help with updating the list of approved vendors (AVL).
- Sourcing new suppliers to increase the pool of current suppliers.
- Administration of daily purchasing tasks and paperwork, as well as the processing of purchase orders in accordance with the Group Procurement Policy.
- Before submitting them for approval, purchase orders, open orders, and invoices are managed.
- Obtaining competitive bids as needed by the client.
Requirements:
- A Level or Diploma in Business Related or Engineering course
- At least 23 years relevant procurement experience
- Technical: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
- Working Location: Benoi
