Responsibilities:


  • Control and monitor facility contractors and assist in safety implementation
  • Ensure facilities are maintained in good conditions
  • Rectifications of common facilities issues
  • Readily available to attend to facilities issue upon short notice
  • Participate in fire and emergency drill
  • In charge of Electricity and Water Management
  • Responsible for Building Improvement programmes eg Green Mark, Sustainability
  • Provide for weekly reports on Facilities Maintenance through inspections
  • Assist in any other activities when required.
