Description

Responsibilities:

Monthly financial reporting to Management

Management of all accounting transactions

Preparation of payment for invoices and employees' petty cash

GST Submission

Liasing with accounting-related external parties (i.e auditors, corporate secretary etc)

Ensuring company complies with Singapore's financial regulations

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager


Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience is required

Ability to work in a multi-entity organization is advantageous

Excellent multi-tasker and able to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to work independently and takes initiative to solve any arising issues
