Overall Job Responsibility:


  • Design and implement Organisational Development and Learning & Development strategies to build the desired culture and capabilities of SG Enable; and
  • Develop and drive transformation efforts within SG Enable to optimise organisation effectiveness to serve the disability sector

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work with Senior Management in the longerterm transformation of SG Enable, through organisational development efforts, to engage staff at different levels to build the desired culture and capabilities and to transform SGE into a futureready organisation for meeting new emerging needs and developments in the disability sector
  • Review, formulate and implement organisational development (including organisational culture) efforts across SG Enable. These will include Leadership Alignment, Staff Engagement & Experience, and Organisation Excellence efforts
  • Drive organisation transformation efforts through change management, people engagement, and organisation system/process review
  • Review, formulate and implement an integrated learning and development framework, including development and implementation of training roadmaps for staff in consultation with senior management and respective business units, to strengthen and build both core and functional capabilities/competencies in the organisation for meeting current challenges and preparing for the future
  • Review, formulate and implement structured leadership development programmes for staff to help build the desired leadership competencies
  • Review, formulate and implement talent development roadmaps and programmes to nurture staff career growth at SG Enable
  • Provide support on any other matters as assigned by CEO office

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:


  • At least 5 years' experience in middlesenior management role working with senior leaders, especially in the area of Organisational Development and Change and in the area of Learning
  • Strong leadership and management skills in working with people of different levels
  • Strong in group facilitation, analysis of staff's feedback and proposing interventions
  • Agility in managing ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Openness to explore new areas of work
