Responsibilities:

Only open for credit bearing profession internship(May-Dec 2023)

Project Overview:

Test Content and Test Program bring up on ATE during NPI (new product introduction) phase for testing of customer samples of for AMD's latest processors

Key Responsibilities:

Test Prog Development: Test Prog flow updates, contents integration, validation, Scripts development
Data Analysis & Debug: Aid Test Time Reduction, data Analysis, device debug on Tester
Assist Engineers to Design, develop, implement, validate, characterize & debug Test programs with ownership of some components.
Assist engineers in interpreting device characterization findings and investigations to rootcause for yield fallouts
Data Analysis for debug
Manage logistics including scheduling of lots for lab Testing and inventory management for units in hand

Understanding of Latest and different types of test methodologies and DFTs on ATE such as Scan, Bist and high-speed IO loopback testing, Test program flow architectures, Diagnostics used on systems level testing (SLT), Yield Debug.

Good understanding of semiconductors and CMOS transistors. Good understanding of programming and scripting languages.
