Reporting directly to the C-suite management team, this senior counsel will be in charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating on all corporate commercial agreements.
In addition, he/she will also be providing strategic legal advisory to the management team, in light of the business' expansion plans.
Requirements:
- Called to Singapore Bar
- Lawyers from corporate commercial practice are welcome to apply
- Driven, able to work autonomously
