Our client, a chemical products trading firm who has more than 20yeas of market presence is looking for Japanese Speaking talent to join their team as Sales Coordinator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare documents such as PO, invoice, BL, packing list, L/C etc
Closely liaise with relevant party for delivery
Take necessary coordination for shipping arrangement
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO which needed for business operation

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Able to communicate well in Japanese as this role is required to liaise with Japan counter part.
Experience in delivery coordination and negotiation
Experience in shipping documentation or willing to learn
Able to work independently as this is small setting office
