Responsibilities:


  • Initiating new business lines and markets, and leading the business into globalization with entry into new markets
  • Building powerful partnership and alliances with local and international contracting companies for strategic wins and successful contracts
  • Tender/Proposal Management and Contracts Negotiation for ongoing and new business lines including contractual evaluation within business parameters, in compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Carry out thorough review of tender/bids and receipt of inputs form crossfunctional department and 3rd parties to address bid requirement
  • Oversee relationship management with internal and external stakeholders from preaward phase to prequalification and award stage
  • Conceptualize longterm business solutions/alliances though jointventures and consortium, and establishment of business acquisition process
  • Technocommercial project reporting and presentations for Senior Management and Banks/Financiers to refine strategic priorities and business plans using commercial/financial modelling and market analysis.

Job Requirements:


  • At least 18 years of reputable commercial involvement and results in the Offshore Construction (Greenfield & Brownfield) and Offshore Wind market
  • At least 5 years of experience in Senior Manager capacity for medium to large scale offshore projects
  • Excellent track record in the offshore construction market
  • A wellnetworked and respected individual in the global marine & offshore sector
  • Excellent people management and Leadership capability
