Description
Responsibilities:
- Review construction plans and be able to prepare and analyze cost comparison.
- Calculate material quantities and costs, labor costs and an achievable project time frame.
- Prepare tender submissions and quotations including Progress Claim and VO submission)
- Negotiating and ordering of materials with vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare Variation Orders, Claims, final accounts settlement with Clients and Subcontractors payments.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. 'O' / 'A' Level
- Min 2 to 5 years' working experience
- Able to work independently, meticulous, analytical with excellent problemsolving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
