Customer Service Executive - Singapore - RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD.
Description
**Our client is a MNC in Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Sales Department, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for Sales teams in Singapore.
- Support the establishment of new customer accounts and maintain necessary documentation.
- Coordinate unique order configurations and create Material Master Codes.
- Ensure accurate 12month rolling forecasts are communicated and properly maintained.
- Manage the entire order process, from Purchase Orders to Sales Orders in SAP.
- Organize shipment logistics and provide essential shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with Production Planners to prioritize orders and oversee sample stock levels.
- Report on inventory status and recommend actions to manage existing stock.
- Handle customerreported issues, returns, and Return Materials Authorization.
Requirements:
- Min Diplomma in BA or any relevant field.
- Min 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in SAP system is an advatange.
