The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and implementing a holistic and developmentally appropriate curriculum in accordance with the policies, frameworks and philosophy.
Engaging, nurturing and motivating children through play and handson activities.
Preparing ageappropriate teaching resources, setting up learning corners and maintaining a pleasant learning environment.
Providing a safe and clean environment for the care and development of children in the center.
Practising effective classroom management.
Organizing and participating in the center events.
Establishing and maintaining strong and collaborative partnerships with parents and the community.
Carrying out daily caregiving routines like showering, diapering and feeding.
You are a selfstarter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fastpaced environments.
You have a diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
Teaching OR Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
You attained an L2/L1/EY2 Certification by ECDA.
You have a good command of English with at least GCE 'O' Level B4 in English, to be able to liaise effectively with different stakeholders across the region.
You have a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
You have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
You are a team player with a passion for equipping and inspiring young lives.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
