Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Min 10 years of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Demonstrate leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment especially Agile Method.
  • Extensive experience in endtoend implementation with Salesforce platform and responsible for the Functional design and architecture
  • Designing and Solutioning with highperformance, reusable, and reliable approach
  • Working with the team for delivering the requirements. Clear understanding of the customer service processes including Cross Channel service, Case Management, Realtime Interaction etc.
  • Understanding of the Sales and Service Cloud data model
  • Experience in analysing client business needs and present end to end functional solution
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and make client understand the Salesforce solution.
  • Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario
  • Experience of working in onoff model, in multivendor environment, team acceptability as per own behaviour.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good delegation and time management skills with problemsolving abilities.
