Application Support Analyst - Singapore - MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD.
Description
Troubleshooting production problems, and providing Root Cause Analysis within the required SLA timelines.- Focus on proactive monitoring and issues resolution.
- Prioritize Production fixes/changes.
- Work with vendors to get fixes/changes/minor enhancements done.
- Drive quality and productivity outcomes, ensure timeliness in task monitoring and completion
- Adhere to right processes and change management controls.
- Using any scripting language, for file transfer and monitoring.
- Drive the upgrade/update activities.
- Incident Analysis and Trending
- Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning\
- Good Experience with Oracle/ PL/SQL, Unix, Java, Dotnet, Shell Scripting, Powershell, python, calypso, Service now, Geneos, Netcool
- Willing to work on weekend support if required
