Description
Follow procedures to minimise and fight fires on board ships

  • Check the condition and seaworthiness of ships
  • Conduct refuelling operations
  • Responsible for ferrying ship agents and seafarers between ships and shore
  • Works within the Port Limit of Singapore Territorial Waters
  • Able to work on 2 days on (48 hours), 2 days off shift

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum two (2) years of working experience
  • Must have Port Limit Manning License (Port Limit Steersman)
  • Ability to use the craft's navigation, firefighting and safety equipment, appreciate weather conditions, tides and tidal currents
  • Ability to think ahead and follow through on instructions.
  • Passed a colour vision test and fulfil the requirements of the Port Limit Steersman License issued by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)
  • Must comply with Company's instructions to drive any of company's assigned launch boat, as well as follow company's instructions on assigned shift schedule
