JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


  • Meets financial objectives for sales by anticipating requirements, generating a yearly budget, scheduling spending, assessing deviations, and executing corrective measures.
  • Determines yearly and grossprofit plans by estimating and creating regional annual sales targets; forecasting sales volume and profit for existing and new items
  • Analyse market behavior and provide recommendations on suitable price and product strategies
  • Conduct regular sales training programs in accordance with the yearly marketing plan
  • Coordinate and implement pricing policies within territories to maximize profitability
  • Participate in marketing and product promotion programs
  • Consistently meet and exceed your revenue targets through the identification and closing of new business opportunities
  • Prospect, pitch, and close sales actioning marketinggenerated leads as well as selfgenerating prospects in assigned territory
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor activity and make recommendations to the leadership team
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Proactively spotting new business opportunities with the purpose of expanding company revenue in line with business practice
  • Strong relationship development with fee earners and stakeholders across the business
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship and communication between major key clients and company
  • Assist in the formulation of company strategies and the identification of business development prospects in existing and possible new markets and industries.
  • Conduct research, evaluation, assessment, and analysis on international arbitration trends and developments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Sales or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and related industry experience
  • Must have capacity to work in tight schedules under pressure, managing various priorities, and keeping stakeholders aware of status
  • Must have 2A/2B/3 driving License. Vehicle cannot drive home.
  • Preferably with business domain knowledge.
  • Background in handling pitches and proposals is an advantage
  • Ability to write original marketing copy with clarity, concision and sensitivity to appropriate tone and content of the target audience
  • Highly resourceful individual who is proactive in asking and understanding the business needs.
  • Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
  • Must travel across Islandwide
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary
  • Ability to act autonomously, successfully, and professionally
  • Strong market analysis and strategy planning skills
  • Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
