Admin Officer - Singapore - Surbana Jurong Private Limited
Description
ResponsibilitiesThe Admin officer should ensure that proper records and books of account are maintained at all times.
- Familiar with Government procurement procedure;
- Prepare and maintain all related document;
- Provide administrative and support services;
- Ensure proper entry of stock inventory;
- Monitor expiry dates of first aid items and perishable;
- Assisting on printing/photocopying of training materials;
- Attend to feedback and complaints;
- Attend to any other matter as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- O Level with minimum 2 years working experiences in administrative roles
